The Dola Method (“Company”) integrates Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) technologies within its Services to enhance content generation, data processing, and user support functionalities. While AI is utilized to improve efficiency and provide insights, it is inherently limited by algorithmic constraints, probabilistic estimations, and contextual variability, making it susceptible to errors, misinterpretations, and unintended biases. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as absolute, definitive, or infallible, nor should it be considered a substitute for independent professional judgment, regulatory compliance, or verified human expertise.

The Company does not warrant, guarantee, or represent that AI-driven outputs, analyses, or recommendations are accurate, current, reliable, or suitable for specific purposes. AI operates based on pre-existing datasets and evolving models, which may not reflect real-time developments, jurisdictional legal frameworks, or nuanced contextual interpretations. Users acknowledge that AI-generated information is subject to computational imprecision, unintended distortions, and potential regulatory non-conformities, for which the Company disclaims all liability. The application, implementation, or reliance upon AI-derived content remains at the sole discretion and risk of the User, who assumes full responsibility for independently verifying any such outputs before making decisions, engaging in transactions, or acting upon recommendations.

The Company adheres to applicable AI governance regulations, including but not limited to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other jurisdictional guidelines governing ethical AI deployment, fairness, transparency, and accountability. However, AI-generated content is neither legally binding nor professionally authoritative, and the Company does not assume responsibility for financial losses, operational disruptions, regulatory non-compliance, or legal disputes arising from reliance upon AI-derived insights. Users acknowledge the inherent limitations of AI and agree that the Company, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall be held harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal proceedings stemming from AI-related inaccuracies, omissions, or misjudgements.

By engaging with AI-powered functionalities within the Company’s Services, Users explicitly acknowledge, accept, and assume the risks associated with AI-generated outputs. The Company reserves the right to modify, refine, or discontinue AI-integrated features at its sole discretion without prior notice, with continued use constituting express acceptance of any such changes. Users who do not agree with this Disclaimer must immediately cease all interaction with AI-powered components of the Company’s Services, as continued use constitutes a binding waiver of any claim, objection, or legal recourse against the Company in connection with AI-related functionalities.
