1. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

The Dola Method (“Company”) provides its Programs solely for informational and educational purposes, making no warranties, express or implied, regarding financial, business, or economic outcomes. Any reference to earnings, success stories, or performance metrics is strictly illustrative, non-representative, and does not constitute a commitment, guarantee, or assurance of similar results. The User expressly acknowledges that financial success, revenue generation, and profitability are inherently variable, contingent upon external market conditions, individual competence, effort, and unpredictable economic factors, all of which remain beyond the Company’s control. By engaging with the Programs, the User assumes full responsibility for their own financial trajectory and releases the Company from any liability or obligation concerning anticipated or actual financial performance.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

The Company explicitly disclaims any representation that Users will achieve financial success, revenue enhancement, business growth, or any economic benefit from participation in the Programs. The methodologies, principles, and strategies imparted are designed for conceptual understanding and application but do not assure monetizable results, nor do they constitute a foolproof formula for financial gain. Testimonials, case studies, endorsements, or any earnings disclosures provided are exceptional and should not be interpreted as a baseline standard or achievable outcome. The User acknowledges that individual results will differ based on a multitude of personal, professional, and industry-specific variables, many of which are outside the realm of the Company’s influence. Any financial commitments, operational risks, or business undertakings made by the User remain solely at their discretion and peril, with the Company bearing no fiduciary duty, liability, or compensatory obligation in the event of financial loss or unrealized expectations.

3. INDEPENDENT BUSINESS DECISIONS

The Company does not, under any circumstances, provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, nor does participation in the Programs establish any fiduciary relationship between the Company and the User. Decisions pertaining to investments, expenditures, marketing initiatives, business operations, or any other financial endeavors remain the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User. The Company and its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, and agents shall be held harmless against any claims, demands, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the User’s reliance upon Program content, implementation of suggested methodologies, or execution of business strategies derived from the Program. The User is strongly encouraged to seek independent professional advisement before making any financial, business, or investment commitments based on Program materials.

4. THIRD-PARTY ENDORSEMENTS & EXTERNAL FACTORS

The presence of third-party endorsements, partnerships, testimonials, or affiliations within the Programs or marketing materials does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or assurance of success for Users. The Company disclaims any liability for User expectations influenced by third-party representations, whether express or implied. The efficacy of the strategies taught in the Programs is subject to external economic conditions, industry disruptions, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements, none of which fall under the control of the Company. Users acknowledge that market fluctuations, legal constraints, and unforeseen externalities may materially impact the application and effectiveness of the information provided, and the Company bears no liability for any such limitations or resultant financial consequences.

5. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & RISK ASSUMPTION

Participation in the Programs is strictly voluntary, and the User affirms that no coercion, misrepresentation, or undue influence has been exerted in their decision to enroll. The User understands and accepts that all entrepreneurial, business, and financial ventures inherently involve uncertainty, and while the Programs aim to provide strategic guidance, the Company neither mitigates nor assumes responsibility for risks arising from the implementation of Program content. The User bears full accountability for any financial commitments, business investments, or entrepreneurial pursuits undertaken in reliance upon the Company’s teachings. The Company shall not be held responsible for financial downturns, business setbacks, or operational failures resulting from the User’s participation in the Programs, nor shall it be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages stemming from such engagements.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or claims—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special—arising from or relating to the User’s participation in the Programs. Under no circumstances shall the aggregate liability of the Company, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or equity, exceed the total amount paid by the User for the Programs within the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The User irrevocably waives any right to bring legal claims, disputes, or proceedings against the Company in relation to financial losses, unrealized expectations, or dissatisfaction with the Programs. The Company shall not be liable for lost profits, business interruptions, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, or any speculative damages arising from Program participation.

If such negotiations fail to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of an arbitration institution selected exclusively by the Company. The arbitration shall take place in a place as decided by the Company, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and enforceable and all the other aspects of the arbitration will be governed by the Terms and Conditions given on the website.
